Trip to Johor

Yesterday, I just back from my friends wedding at Johor. Convoy with 2 car, Saiful's car and Apai's car. Saiful, Apai, Wie, Hanif, Azran, Zabari and me together 7 of us disembark from Taman Universiti Indah at 7.15 pm and went straight to Saiful's family house at Kampung Ketapang, Melaka. The journey took more than 2 hours till we reached Kampung Ketapang. We settle down at the house a while before went to Medan Ikan Bakar at Umbai for a 'Ikan Bakar fiesta'.

At Umbai we ordered a lot of sea food consist of 2 plate of kerang, 2 plate of udang, 2 plate of ikan siakap, 3 plate of sotong, 2 plate of kailan,1 plate of otak-otak, 1 jug of air sirap, 1 jug of air laici, 5 nasi lemak and nasi putih and guess what, all of it costed us RM 245.60. We sure ate a lot that night. We back to the house and slept for a night.

The next morning we depart to our friends wedding, first Atiq's wedding then Jot's wedding at Johor. Congratz to both of them and hopefully they will live happily forever.

 Around 6.00 pm, we go back to Taman Universiti Indah. Apai, Hanif and me take a trip to Ayer Hitam while Saiful and the geng go back first. Finished shopping around 7.45 pm, we went back to Taman Universiti Indah and reached there at 11.15 pm. All of us really exhausted from the journey but it was really worth and fun.

Effective Call Communication

Fuh! At last...finished the training and pass the exam. This past three days, I have been attending a "Effective Call Communication" training at Semua House held by TM. During the training, I got a very good and nice trainer, Mr Suren and in my group I met some new faces which are from CSI while the others are my teammates which are from the same department, DCM. We have been given a lot of input which are more on softskill for the past 2 days and today, the last day we have been tested to know how much we understand and practice these skill during a real situation. We have to do a role-play in which we became the agent and the trainer became the customer. Unfortunately, Mr Suren have to go back to his wife hometown to celebrate christmas so our roleplay were conduct by other trainer. The role-play was quiet though but gladly all the group member pass it. We finished earlier and go back home happily.
